Philippines Trip Planning

So excited to be heading to the Philippines next month! It holds a special place in heart not only because I’m half Filipino, but I haven’t been since I was a very young girl and the things I saw on that trip really shaped who I am as a person today. That trip was I was around 8 years old gave me a sense of adventure, a sense that the world was a much bigger place than Hawaii, and made me grateful for everything I have at such a young age. Here’s my tentative itinerary on where I’m going, what I’m doing, and how I planned it! See you soon PH 🙂

Having made travel blogging a full-time career, being a self-proclaimed adventure junkie and mostly choosing to travel solo, this girl is a traveling badass!! Check out this great Q&A and learn a little more about her! Also check out her Instagram @mylifesatravelmovie.

Best Cities for an Extended Layover

We’ve all been there. You have a layover before arriving at your final destination and your not sure what to do to pass the time. If you have more than 5 hours, I say stretch your legs, leave the airport and explore the city you’re in. Let me recommend a couple of my favorite cities to be layed over in and a few suggestions for what to do/see in each.
